About Us
Humble Beginning
With a humble beginning, we started Tacticai. We wanted to start an organization that focuses on the people – our customers, our employees, and our business partners whose mission is to employ more people who are blind or who have other severe disabilities, empowering them to lead more productive and independent lives. We wanted to make a difference by including more products manufactured or serviced through the employment of people who are blind or have other severe disabilities. These products help employed many blind Americans.
Visions and Values
People want to make a difference in some ways. Whether buying “green” products, buying American made products, or buying products made by people who are blind or have other severe disabilities – there’s something in all of us that want to make a difference — and at Tacticai we are no exception. We strive harder by not just believing that we can make a difference, but achieving a difference.
Our mission is to help create more meaningful employment of people who are blind or who have other severe disabilities through increase distribution of products made or serviced through the employment of people who are blind or have other severe disabilities.
